Trail Adventures use a fleet of quality Merida bikes which have been proven as the bikes best suited for the A2O Trail terrain.

We also have options for families – mountain bike sized specifically for a child (7-12) and a baby seat.

Overview: comfortable hybrid touring bike with front suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, 27 speed

Standard equipment included: rear trunk bag with drop-down sides, helmet, gel seat, bottle cage, hi-visibility vest, pump and spare tube (one per two bikes).

Merida CC XT Step Through E-bike

Overview: hydraulic disc brakes, high performance hard tail capable of completing each section on one battery with 3 levels of assist at your fingertips.

Standard equipment included: rear trunk bag with drop-down sides, helmet, gel seat, bottle cage, hi-visibility vest, pump and spare tube (one per two bikes).

Merida Big E Tour E-bike

Overview: Quality lightweight kids MTB with rigid fork combined with 24″ ‘plus’ tyres for extra grip and comfort & disc brakes

Our Bikes

Ready To Roll

All our bikes are set-up for touring NZ’s trails and come complete with gel seat cover, hydraulic or mechanical disk brakes, rear panniers, puncture repair kit and spare tube, drink bottle holder and pump.

Well-Maintained

Each bike gets a full safety check before and after adventuring plus we keep them in ship-shape condition with our regular maintenance program.

E-Bikes Available

Merida and Sinch E-Bikes are also available to hire if you’re keen on adventure but you’re not so keen on the uphill – also a great option if there’s a variety of fitness levels to cater for.
