Trail Adventures is a safety conscious business and in order to protect the health and safety of our family, our staff, our customers and our business, we will be implementing the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. This means we will require confirmation from all customers’ that they have a My Vaccine Pass (if eligible) as part of the booking process. Ideally this means sending it through at the time of booking however we realise that some people may feel anxious doing so. If this is the case for you, please let us know and we can add a note to check this upon arrival If you do not already have a My Vaccine Pass, you can get one from My Covid Record | Ministry of Health NZ.

We respectfully ask that all of our customers wear masks when travelling on our shuttle service or in our depot and scan in on arrival at our depot or when boarding the shuttle.

We will not judge or discriminate based on vaccination status, however, in order to operate and keep the business going we have chosen to follow the rules set out by the Government while at Orange or Red. If we move into Green, we will reassess this.
